Up on successfully scoring required points, all the appropriate application forms has to be completed along with the Self Assessment application form, a non refundable visa fees, Biometric details and required supporting documents . Other mandatory requirements are proof of English language proficiency and evidence in support of funds for you and accompanying dependents if any.
