Good news is waiting for you .Going to UK is now a simplified process as the rules are changing!!!
Highly skilled Migrant Program is replaced by Tier 1 (General Migrant) which is a point’s based system. This was launched on 29th June 2008. The program is designed to allow highly skilled people to migrate to United Kingdom to look for work or self-employment opportunities. The Highly Skilled Migrant Program is different from the work permit. Tier 1 point system (General) is a points based program. The new changes in The Points-Based System will be in effect from 6th April 2010 and coincides with the common commencement date for employment regulations. This includes new points table for Tier 1 and Tier 2 including points for highly skilled workers with “Undergraduate degrees or no degrees under Tier 1. |

Separate points are given for English language ability (10 points) and the availability of funds for maintenance (10 points). |

Entry Clearance Officers will only award points for the sections for where you have indicated that you wish to claim them, and for which you have supplied the required supporting evidence. |
